High Court Rules


The High Court Rules used to be found in Schedule 2 of the Judicature Act 1908, available on the New Zealand Legislation website. They are now published in a new location on the site. They are published as if they were a legislative instrument within the meaning of the Legislation Act 2012, under s 154 of the Senior Courts Act 2016 :
