The changes to the daily recovery ratesin the High Court and District Courts were approved by an Order in Council on 14 May 2012. Changes to Schedule 3 (Time Allocations) of the High Court Rules have also been made. Please refer to the High Court Amendment Rules 2012.
The new discovery rules came into effect on 1 February 2012 in the High Court Amendment Rules (No 2) 2012. Copies of the rules can be accessed via the Legislation website.
