Commercial List

Commercial List

The Chief Justice has approved the following changes to the Commercial List Judges with effect from 23 November 2011:

  • The Hon Justice Winkelmann is appointed as the Judge to supervise the Commercial List
  • The Hon Justice Rodney Hansen is appointed as a Commercial List Judge.
  • The Hon Justice MacKenzie is appointed as a Commercial List Judge.
  • The Hon Justice Miller is appointed as a Commercial List Judge.
  • The Hon Justice Clifford is appointed as a Commercial List Judge.

 

These changes are part of the normal rotation of the members of the Commercial List.  Judges based in the High Court at Wellington have also been appointed as Commercial List Judges.

From 23 November 2011 the Commercial List Judges are:

  • The Hon Justice Winkelmann (Supervising Judge)
  • The Hon Justice Potter
  • The Hon Justice Rodney Hansen
  • The Hon Justice Venning
  • The Hon Justice MacKenzie
  • The Hon Justice Miller
  • The Hon Justice Allan
  • The Hon Justice Asher
  • The Hon Justice Clifford
