| Parking facilities | The three sites are within a short walking distance from each other (less than 5 minutes). A public carpark, immediately adjacent to Harrington House. The daily rate of $5.50. Hourly rates apply for less than one day. A multi-storey carpark on the corner of Spring Street and Durham Street. $1 for the first hour maximum $13. Earlybird parking (before 9.30am) is $9. The car park closes at 6.30pm Monday to Friday. There are 10 car parking spaces in front of the courthouse which are free but restricted to 120 minutes. This includes two disabled persons' parking spaces. Please be aware of potential damage to vehicles when trees are in fruit. There is pay and display parking in Harrington, Hamilton, McLean and Willow Streets. These are limited to 120 minutes. There are also 8 car parks, limited to 60 minutes, outside the courthouse in McLean Street. (all prices as at February 2009) |
