Court of Trial Protocol

19 September 2022. The 2022 Court of Trial Protocol review is completed. The Chief High Court Judge and Chief District Court Judge accepted the review committee’s recommendation that no changes are required to the current protocol.
The protocol offences remain as currently gazetted.
