Terms and Conditions for Viewing

Permission to view the live stream or to view the recorded hearing is subject to the Supreme Court’s Protocol relating to live streaming of hearings by the Court (the Protocol).

To preserve the integrity of the Court process and to protect the privacy of those involved in the proceeding, every time you access the live stream or recorded hearing you must agree to the terms and conditions for viewing that are set out in the Protocol.  If you don't agree to the terms and conditions, you won't be able view the hearing.

The terms and conditions are that you must not record the screen (video) or audio, or any part of it and must not take still photographs.
